IT Bulletin – iROAR / Banner Systems Maintenance – September 14, 2019

On Saturday, September 14, 2019, beginning at 10:00 AM, CCIT iROAR System Administrators will be performing maintenance on the Banner Student Information System and associated systems. During this maintenance, the systems listed below will be unavailable.

• iROAR Portal
• Student Onboarding App.
• Banner INB (Banner 8 Admin forms)
• Banner Administrative Pages (Banner 9 Admin Pages)
• Banner Student Self Service
• Banner Document Management System (BDMS);
• Banner Enterprise Identity Services (BEIS);
• Banner Degree Works
• Banner Workflow;
• TouchNet;
• UC4 (Banner Related Jobs and Chains);

All services should be restored by September 14, 2019 at 4:00 PM.
